Nothing big happens without a series of small moments or steps to get to that place. It is not about perfection, rather about consistency! (A hard one for me most of the time!) Each day when you choose to love yourself deeply through your actions and words, you create a love for yourself that can be changing in the most beautiful ways.
Daily Practices for Nurturing Self-Love
Here are simple ways to practice self-love that can fit into even the busiest schedule:

Morning Routine: Make yourself a beautiful cup of coffee or journal a few minutes

Positive Self-Talk: Replace critical thoughts with encouraging ones. Example: Change “I should be better at this” to “I’m learning and improving.”

Building Momentum
Start with one thing, it can even be as small as thanking your body as you walk for being able to carry you through life. Imagine the joy your cells will feel! Over time these small practices build up, giving you a stronger connection to yourself and shifting your mindset.
